What to Expect
Our work is steady, honest, and focused on what actually creates change. We’ll look at patterns, not just symptoms—so you can understand how you got here and what needs to shift. Sessions are conversational but intentional. Sometimes we slow things down. Sometimes we challenge what’s keeping you stuck. The pace depends on us—but the direction is always forward.

How do I know if this is right for me?
If something feels off—even if you can’t fully explain it yet—that’s usually enough of a reason to start.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
What is your approach like?
I’m direct, honest, and engaged. I’ll listen carefully, but I’ll also challenge you when needed.
I’m not here to just agree with you—I’m here to help you see patterns and move forward. I ask questions. I want to help you dig deep.
I also use humor at times. This work can be serious, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
What kinds of issues do you work with?
I work with people who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns they can’t seem to break.
This can show up as anxiety, relationship struggles, low motivation, or a general sense that something isn’t working—even if life looks fine on the outside.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on what you’re looking for and how deep you want to go.
Some people come for a shorter period to work through a specific issue. Others stay longer to create more lasting change. One of my goals os not to keep you in therapy lomger thah you need. You’re not just a client. You’re a person who needs to live life and implement what we discuss.
We can talk about this as we go.
Will you tell me what to do?
Not exactly. I won’t run your life for you.
But I will offer clear feedback, perspective, and challenge when something isn’t working.
The goal is for you to make decisions with more clarity and confidence.
What id I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help?
That’s more common than you’d think.
Sometimes it’s about fit. Sometimes it’s about the approach.
If you felt like past therapy was too passive or didn’t go deep enough, this may feel different. I encourage clients to let me know if something isn’t working in our sessions.
Do you offer consultation?
Yes. We can start with a brief consultation to see if it feels like a good fit before committing to ongoing work.
